By purchasing products from Artaqua you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area, community or country. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Artaqua is not obliged to accept your order.

Delivery times
Our usual delivery time is 48 hours on UK mainland.

Contract Formation
Orders made through Artaqua are subject to acceptance and availability. Artaqua may choose at any time to cancel your order. No contract will officially exist between yourself and Artaqua until your parcel has been despatched. Artaqua provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

Data Protection
Artaqua is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent or information provided on the website.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted goods
Due to pirating, we cannot exchange DVDs unless faulty in manufacture. (In which case they must be returned within 14 Days).

Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Artaqua Customer Service Department ASAP. However, we do give you 10 working days from the delivery of your items to inform us for a full refund or exchange. Artaqua offers a 30 day replacement policy on all faulty products. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to make sure all labels are still attached to the products.

All returned goods will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be not faulty.For Artaqua to return an item or order, the customer will need to make payment for the delivery before we can resend their goods.

A refund cannot be issued until Artaqua receives the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Regulation Clothing we aim to refund you within 14 days.

How to return an item
If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a accompanying document informing us of your details, these must include:
• The name of the person who made the order
• Your order Number
• Date of original order
• Reason for return

Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made.
